Last week we learned all about GSP cargo service capabilities. This week we are excited to highlight one special flight in airmail history!
In September of 1913, Katherine Stinson was the first woman in the United States to make an official airmail flight. Nicknamed The Flying Schoolgirl, Stinson took flight in a time when air travel was new and dangerous. Despite her young age and small stature, Stinson continued to set records in air travel and helped shape the way we think about aviation today!
